In-house roasting
We roast coffee in-house using a fully electric Bellwether roaster.
Small-batch, emission-free roasting allows us to focus on freshness, flavour, and transparency — keeping the process close to the people who drink it.
More importantly, it keeps the process visible. Coffee isn’t something that arrives fully formed — it’s grown, transported, roasted, and brewed by people. Roasting in the shop allows customers to see, smell, and understand that journey.
This is coffee made with care, in plain sight.
Our coffee is proudly roasted in our home town — making it the first coffee ever to be roasted here. It’s a small milestone, but one we care deeply about.
