Café Delas — translating to “Women’s Coffee” — is produced by women farmers in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, one of Brazil’s most established coffee-growing areas and the first to receive Denomination of Origin status. Grown at elevations between 800–1200 MASL and naturally processed, this lot combines the Catuai and Mundo Novo cultivars to create a classic, full-bodied Brazilian profile.
We’ve roasted this coffee to emphasise one of our favourite characteristics: a deep, smooth peanut butter sweetness. Expect a silky mouthfeel with layers of roasted peanut, toffee and dark chocolate, balanced by low acidity and a lingering, syrupy finish.
Sourced through the Café Delas Program, this coffee directly supports women producers through greater access to training, resources and market visibility, with every lot produced entirely by women farmers.
