Palmera comes from Huila, a region in southern Colombia shaped by mountains, rivers, and the quiet, careful work of smallholder farmers. Grown in fertile, nitrogen-rich soils and a patchwork of microclimates, this coffee reflects a place where conditions and craft align naturally.

In the cup, it’s rich and layered, with soft notes of chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar, lifted by a gentle citrus brightness and a smooth, nougat-like finish. Clean sweetness and balanced acidity give Palmera a composed, generous character — expressive, but never overpowering.
